Course purchases

Once a course has been purchased, the purchase is generally non-refundable. Please check the course description, suitability, materials, access period, and delivery arrangements with our team before completing your order.

Delivery-failure exception

An exception may apply if Bimankik fails to deliver the course within the timeframe specifically agreed with you for your purchase. The delivery timeframe must be confirmed before purchase; this website does not promise an unconfirmed universal delivery period.

If you believe this exception applies, contact our support team with your order number, billing email, the agreed timeframe, and details of the issue. We will review the request and communicate the outcome. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any non-excludable rights or remedies that apply under consumer law. Any approved refund will be arranged through the original payment channel where available, subject to payment-provider processing times.
