How information is used when you explore, enquire, and enrol with Bimankik.
Pre-launch review: these policies need approval by the business owner. Confirm the legal business identity, public contact details, delivery timeframe, and applicable jurisdiction before accepting live payments.
Information you provide
When you create an account or buy a course, we collect the details needed to manage your account, order, and course delivery. These may include your name, email address, billing details, order history, and support messages. Enquiry forms collect your name, email, selected topic, message, and consent. Learning-update forms collect your email and consent.
How we use it
We use account and order information to process enrolments, show purchased courses in your account, arrange manual material delivery, provide support, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. We use enquiry details to respond to your request. Learning updates are only sent where you have opted in, and you may ask us to stop at any time.
Payments
Live payments are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout once configured. We do not ask you to send card details through enquiry forms. The local preview payment option collects no money and requires no card information. Review the selected provider’s privacy information before using its services.
Cookies and service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies required for login, security, shopping-cart sessions, and checkout. Fonts and design assets are served from this site. No advertising or analytics trackers are added by the custom theme. Hosting, payment, and email providers may process data as needed to deliver their services; the operator must document the providers used before launch.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in the private WordPress administration area. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Information should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose and any legal or accounting obligations. The business owner must confirm and apply a retention schedule before launch.
Your choices
You can update your account details in your student account. You can request a copy of your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where applicable by contacting our team. Some order records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Student stories
We publish student stories and achievements only with permission. Do not share another person’s information through our forms without their consent.
